Cutting, welding, bending, profiling, press-brake bending, punching, 3D laser processing... MN is a specialist in complex and close tolerance sheet metalwork, from one-off parts to mass production. We press-brake metals ranging from thin sheets for precision engineering through to 16 mm thick plates for the manufacture of industrial plant and vehicles. We manufacture folded parts in a very wide range of metals such as stainless steel, ordinary steel and aluminium in lengths up to 7000 mm maximum. MN’s special know-how provides additional cost optimisation for our customers by the manufacture of a range of profiles from one single piece of metal even though they were previously only available as 2-part profiles.
Customer-specific manufacture.
Our punching and laser centres can add assembly holes, notches or perform complex edge processing. Piercing holes and making cuts in the area of the folds without distorting the metal is not a problem for us.
Using our welding equipment (including welding robots), laser processing and wide range of manual processing we can combine individual parts made from sheet metal into more complex components or even finished parts.
