The variety of wellTEC provides the designer with over 30 basic shapes; these can also be used in combination with each other. It goes without saying that we will tailor the profiles into lengths, dimensions, perforations and shapes to suit you.

Layout 1
In this sized sheet, the corrugations / profile run parallel to the sheet length; maximum length 3000 mm or 5000 mm depending on the profile (horizontal standard manufacture)
Example

Corrugated profiles up to 5000 mm long (and therefore significantly larger than the overall width) made from brushed stainless steel to create a long, reflective strip in the wall.
Layout 2
In this size of sheet, the corrugation / profile runs across the sheet width. Maximum width 1500 mm due to the sheets used to create the profile (vertical special manufacture)
Example
Roofs to station platforms, type GMP-1
Corrugated sheets with up to 3300 mm cover width (cover width is greater than the length) including penetrations for lights and loud-speakers.
Curves
wellTEC can also be supplied in “bowed” sections. “Bowed” means that the bow runs transverse to the corrugated profile. Applications: tunnel linings, special railway wagons, canopies etc.
Our bowed sheets are also available in sheets which are tapered towards one end, making wellTEC also ideally suited for cladding domes.
Example
Dome on the State Museum in Schwerin, Mecklenburg
Corrugated sheets bowed transverse the corrugations made from titanium zinc which were also tapered for installation on the dome. A wide range of profiles can be curved to radii of up to 1000 mm.
Edges/webs
Customised edges allow wellTEC to be fixed without additional angles or sheets. This useful capability also makes it easier to compensate for any unevenness in the building.
Example
Cladding of a sky walk in the Erfurt Cardiac Hospital, Thuringia
Specially profiled sheets with webs of approximately 90 mm between the beads and straight ends to form flat overlaps and permit robust fixing to the curved sub-structure.
